'Nice staff'

'Het was een prima complex. We hadden 2 verschillende kamers omdat we tussendoor een nachtje in Hana waren. De 2e kamer vonden we minder, het was een upgrade volgens de vrouw bij de receptie maar zo voelde het niet. In de aparte slaapkamer stond de airo naast je hoofd, niet te doen. Verder genoten van ons verblijf en van Maui. Erg om nu de nieuwsberichten te lezen over alle branden. '

'I liked the location. The property and the beach were great. There was one particular front desk staff member who checked us in who was not clear on some important details regarding the resort fee and use of a 75 dollar credit that came with our room. The same agent also was unhelpful when it came to having our room cleaned. There were more amenities that we could have used at the resort but the same front desk staff member did not explain anything about that either. It really was the one staff...

'Great place on the beach!'

'The room smells moldy. Now I have a respiratory problem. Hopefully it goes away soon. Was really bad mold smell. How can you keep renting it out. Mold and ashtray smell. You can hear the water dripping between the shower wall and sink. Probably why smells moldy. Noise during night, sounds like a helicopter all night outside the window, was loud enough to keep you awake. Front desk staff during check in was very nice.'

'We had a great time. Wonderfull place! Just the pool needs some maintenance.'

'Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. The grounds were well kept and clean as well. Wish that there was more food options, but there is the food truck Village across the street which is nice. It was strange to me that there wasn't beach access by the hotel, in order to access the beach you had to walk down to the public access. No beach chairs or umbrellas available on the beach, or to take to the beach (unless you rented them). Overall hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay!'
