Villa dei Primi is a holiday home in the quiet and green
countryside of Salento, in Matino, a few kilometers away from th beaches
of Gallipoli, its lovely old town centre and lively nightlife in the
seafront bars.
The villa accommodates up to 9 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, hair-dryer, tv, iron and ironing board, parking area. ì

The
two-floor Villa dei Primi is framed by a well-kept and lush
7.000-square-meter garden and it`s introduced by a covered patio with
dining area and barbecue. The rooms of the holiday home are basic but
furnished with good taste, ideal for a comfortable holiday.
On the ground floor there are the dining room with kitchenette and access to the garden and the sleeping area with two double bedrooms.
In the corridor between the two bedrooms there is a single bed.
Moreover, thereare two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor there
are two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the dining room. The bedrooms
have access to the spacious terraces that can be used as solarium.

The surroundings of Villa dei Primi
The
holiday home is a short drive away from the closest seaside locations
such as Mancaversa with its rocky beach, Gallipoli with its beautiful
sandy beaches and Torre San Giovanni, whose sandy beaches and crystal
clear sea are loved by families.
The old town centres of Matino,
Parabita, Taviano and Gallipoli are lovely. The holiday home is ideal
for guests who wish for a quiet holiday but still close to the Ionian
sea.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner not in all rooms.
