Self contained off the grid eco friendly log cabin with outdoor deck area overlooking gorgeous private beach with own boat ramp.
Due to the extreme close proximity of the cabin to our beach, plus having on our 60 acre property clean creek running water dams, we prefer not to rent to families with toddlers or young children.
Due to often extreme Northland weather conditions at times there may be water restrictions
This 60 acre property provides for total relaxation with the opportunity to indulge in all outdoor water activities or a base to explore the far north region
A 15 minute boat ride to the Cavalli Islands or the opportunity to dive the famous Rainbow Warrior wreck.
Only 30 minutes drive north of Keri Keri to their shops cafes and restaurants.
5km speed at all times for safety to any children, pets or cattle
Facilities:

Weber bbq sun loungers on outdoor patio
Fridge top stove gas cooker tv washing machine
Adjacent seperate laundry and toilet facilities
One double room with second accomodating with double bunk and single over.
One extra person allowed at a charge of $100 per night
Bedding supplied except sheets pillow cases and towels
Adjacent lounge / dining area with indoor fireplace
Permission must be sought for day visitors where a charge of $25 per head is charged (if permission given) for access from 10am to 5pm due to both water restrictions plus use of our facilities
Requirements:
We do not charge a cleaning fee as it is a requirement that renters must leave the cabin in the same clean and tidy condition as when they arrived
This includes the Weber bbq
When renters leave they must take all their bottles and rubbish to the local refuse station
Check in times are 2pm check out 12pm
This is a smoke free drug free pet free cabin
Smoking is permitted outdoors only
Used butts are to be stubbed out and kept in a container to be removed with other household rubbish to the local refuse station
No dogs allowed now due to past owners disrespect and care of property .
Do not ever throw rubbish of any kind into our bush or into our pristine sea that we swim and fish from
