Located in the village Termini, this place is perfect for those who want to stay in the most authentic area of the Sorrento peninsula. Close to the most beautiful trails and wild beaches, and away from the crowds.

The two-room apartment is part of a farmhouse, but is independent and has a private entrance.

In the bedroom there is a comfortable canopy bed, wardrobe, TV and an amazing hot tub. You can turn on the projector to have a magical starry sky ceiling.

In the living area there is a kitchenette. It is small but fully equipped: sink, stove, pots, coffee maker, dishes, fridge, freezer, etc. The dining table is for 4 people.

The bathroom has a shower, sink with mirror, hairdryer, toilet, and bidet.

The two-room apartment has no air conditioning because, thanks to its location and its thick walls, it is naturally cool.

The private patio offers a BBQ, outdoor table and chairs in a shaded area, under the lemon tree. From June to September you can also enjoy the unheated outdoor hydromassage tub.

The spaces described are for the exclusive use of guests.

A parking space is available in the parking area of the property.

Guests also have access to a shared game room, perfect for some fun and relaxation during your stay. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., the space features a pool table, foosball table, and a classic arcade game — all available free of charge and without the need to book in advance. You can also order drinks, snacks, or even a light lunch or dinner to enjoy while you play. The game room is shared with guests from a nearby apartment, creating a friendly and laid-back atmosphere.
