The apartment enjoys plenty of natural light thanks to the French doors, which provide direct access to a private, fenced-in terrace—ideal for relaxing outdoors. This space is particularly well-suited for families with children and those traveling with pets, offering a safe environment where they can play and move about freely.

Available on a short-term hotel lease, ideal for students or business travelers.

Availability: from mid-September to mid-May, in addition to the summer season (June–September).
