« The property was nicely decorated but there was no staff. Two of the towel racks were falling off the wall and there was only one trash can. We had to go down the hall to the kitchen to throw away coffee cups. We weren't told we needed a pin to check in. We found out when we got there and called them. « Las habitaciones están siendo renovadas y por tanto, están bastante bien. Hay toallas para la piscina, lo cual es de agradecer, aunque nosotras teníamos las nuestras. El desayuno bien. « 6 night stay turned into 1 night only. Exit doors propped open with rocks. People cooking in the parking lot. Bathtub and sink clogged upon arrival. Bathroom smelled of mildew. One room window so dirty you couldn’t see out of it. Hallway trash cans spilling onto the floor. With the help of Expedia reps we were able to cancel after one night without penalty. I can imagine the low room price would trump the conditions for some but it just didn’t work for us. »

« After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater. »
