« Property was spotless and the crew managing the business were extremely helpful. Spacious and inviting unit. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit. »

« We had a very nice stay...check in was easy and we were able to check in a little early to beat rainy weather. The house was a good fit for all of us--8 in total...6 adults and 9 and 11 year old girls.The kitchen was well stocked, and we made use of it for breakfasts and lunches. Very convenient location to the beach! »

« I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. I am disappointed though that they charged me 50 for an early check that was only two hours prior to the regular check in time. This is the “off-season” and there was no need for them to schedule any quick turn around with their cleaning service to accommodate my request. A bit of a money grab if you ask me. « We loved our stay at the Cove in #28 Balance!! The upstairs view of the marina area was wonderful, especially during sunset and at night with all the lights! We also enjoyed how convenient it was to use the golf cart transportation to and from the parking garage. All the staff was friendly and helped us with everything! The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials! We will be back! »

"Chambre propre, personnel trĂšs accueillant et trĂšs sympathique! Parking collĂ© Ă  l’hĂŽtel avec un accĂšs direct par ascenseur. Emplacement au top!! Le petit dĂ©jeuner est correct mais pas super qualitatif. Manque quelques petits accessoires du type, verre, shower cap, coton tige
qui amĂ©liorerait encore le confort. L’hĂŽtel reste quand mĂȘme mon choix numĂ©ro 1 pour ma prochaine visite. "
