Our villa with an indoor heated pool is a true haven of peace nestled in a quiet hamlet. Perfect for up to 12 guests, this spacious, fully equipped villa features 6 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Outside, enjoy a friendly barbecue and a pétanque court for relaxing moments.

Experience a welcoming villa designed for your comfort and relaxation. The bright living and dining area, with a large wooden table and spacious sofa, includes a TV and Wi-Fi. It opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a lounge area with a sofa, TV, game console, and board games provides a special space for children.



The indoor pool, heated to 28°C, is accessible year-round, with swim belts and noodles available for all ages.



The bedrooms are ideally distributed, with 2 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. An extra bathroom with a shower is located next to the pool.



Outdoors, a large table invites you to enjoy meals in the open air, complemented by a barbecue for your grills. The pétanque court promises fun, while the fully enclosed property ensures safety and peace of mind, especially for children.



For added convenience, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is at your disposal. Families will also appreciate the high chair and travel cot provided for little ones (on request).



The villa is ideally located just 10 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a charming port village with a variety of restaurants and the option to rent boats at the harbor.
