shared entrance gate with another house provides access to the
property. A modern flight of stairs, with a transparent railing allowing
a panoramic view, leads to the upper floor.
The terrace with a sea view and outdoor furniture allows you to spend time outdoors.

spacious covered veranda with wooden canopy is furnished as a living
room, with dining table and chairs, open kitchen, chest of drawers, and
TV.
The interior of the studio apartment is air conditioned and furnished with a double bed and clothes rack. The room leads to the full shower room.
 
Newly
built, finished and modern, the contemporary designed accommodation has
modern finishes, sound and heat insulation, functional and tasteful
furnishings.

Dune
e Tramonti with its two beachfront vacation apartments is located in
Campomarino di Maruggio, a lively seaside resort where all the main
services are present in summer.
The seafront location makes it
possible to reach the beach in a few steps, but also to have easy access
to local beach activities, restaurants and services.
The studio apartment is also close to typical small restaurants and the port area.
Campomarino
di Maruggio is a lively village on the Ionian coast, washed by crystal
clear sea and with pristine golden beaches and dunes.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
