Adriana was born from the renovation and modernization of a lovely
typical dwelling with vaulted ceilings, brought back to life, with
well-furnished rooms and a style that harmoniously combines the
pre-existing antique with all modern comforts.
 
The apartment has features that make it particularly attractive, a real gem, which is spread over several levels.
 
The entrance is into a beautiful living room furnished with comfortable sofa, chaise longue and TV. From the living room, the ground floor continues to the well-equipped kitchen and then to the dining room, from which you exit to the back yard, also equipped for outdoor dining. On the ground floor there is 1 full shower room.
From the living room a convenient staircase leads to the upper floor. On the loft there is 1 double bedroom. A few more steps and there is access to 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.

house is just 3 km from the renowned seaside resort Campomarino di
Maruggio, characterized by golden sandy beaches, deep turquoise crystal
sea and striking and accessible cliffs, rich in Mediterranean
vegetation.
Casa Adriana is the ideal solution for those who want
to spend a quiet vacation away from the chaos and, at the same time, a
few minutes from wonderful beaches.
Only 10 km away there is also
the town of Manduria, a land famous for the production of Primitivo wine
but also a city of art and ancient culture worth discovering.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning not available in every bedroom.
