The apartment on the ground floor of the villa is a spacious, beautiful and finished vacation home. It has a spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs, and partly shaded, where you can spend time outdoors, lunch and dinner in the cool.
The solution is on two levels.
 
The entrance is into a spacious open kitchen to the living room. On this floor there are also 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the second bathroom, both complete with shower stall.
From the hallway, internal stairs lead to the basement level where there is the second kitchen with dining room, 1 double bedroom and 2 full shower rooms. In the living room there is 1 double sofa bed.

The vacation home is part of a villa in Campomarino di Maruggio, a lively seaside resort on the Ionian coast of Salento. It stands at the end of a private road, from which there is direct access to the beach.
The crystal clear sea with turquoise hues and the beach of soft golden sand are really 20 meters away. Near the villa there are all the main activities, typical restaurants and equipped bathing beaches.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mosquito nets not in all the rooms.
- Shared outdoor shower.
