Hôtel près de Martin's Woods State Natural Area (Big Bend)

« I have never stayed at a hotel with a staff like this one. I actually received a phone call from them saying that I could check in at 2:00, in response to a request made by me the day before. They also volunteered a meeting room for us to use for a 2-hour murder mystery. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and tidying up the area. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. »

« Temporary unloading zone was occupied at night with bar patrons so we had to park in the middle of the road with hazards on. The parking garage is VERY tight but these are just things to look out for. Otherwise, the hotel experience was definitely 5-star!! »

« We really missed having a coffee maker in the room. And breakfast was okay. If there is any way to get ALL hotels and motels to use a decent grade of facial tissues and toilet paper it would be awesome. The Interstate rest areas use a better grade in most cases. This is a very European feeling lodging, which is good if what you want is a great bed, good climate control in the rooms, and a gym. »

« microwave on level 3 room was not working; the lights were not able to turn on the ones by the side of the bed. It was a little dirty but other than that it was a decent stay. »
