The people in the room above us were constantly stomping around night and day, the person next to us kept slamming their door all the time. The included breakfast was crap. All they had was 1 waffle maker and the line was long it took the whole 2 hours to get to it. No meat, No eggs, No fruit, no yogurt, nothing to drink. 'Voor een hotel die pretendeert luxe te zijn verwacht ik meer. De issues opgesomt. Wel was gelegenheid maar geen wasmiddel voorradig. Moesten we maar bij de 7-elven gaan halen. Wat bot, kortaf personeel. Wietgeur in de avond door de centrale airco. En tot slot moesten we de laatste nacht van kamer wisselen door een lekkage. Als je voor een luxer hotel kiest met zeker goed en moderne inrichting verwacht je een betere kwaliteit en minder minpuntjes.'

'I saw that this hotel had just an okay review when I booked it, so I thought it would be fine, but it IS NOT. We had to move rooms twice because of different things not working, and we ended up having broken things still and having to live with them. From ants to plugged shower drains to losing power twice, never having our room cleaned, no hot water and even more! I am leaving this review as a WARNING. 'The view and area of the hotel are not bad. We ate at Jacos across the street the first night and it was great! The beds were HORRIBLE! Felt every spring. They made so much noise just rolling over at night, it would wake us up. We were there for work/pleasure but would not use this hotel again. Staff was friendly but hotel needs maintenance to come through. It was not worth the money we spent.'

'I hate to be negative, but the hotel is poorly kept. I had to immediately change rooms upon arriving when I encountered a room with an unmade bed and a dirty towel across it. The smell of cigarette smoke filled the hall. Some members of staff were poorly and unprofessionally dressed. It was a pretty awful experience.'
