« There was no pool, no view, no TUSCAN atmosphere, in fact very disappointing. It was a very bland 3 bedroom house. No dish cloth, no paper towel, and no heat pump remote! We went from 26degrees one day to 13 the next day we searched the house for the remote but there was not one. »

« House was great. Loved the lay out. Odd that it sits in a motel environment but is not part of that motel. Found that confusing! Cleaning not so great unfortunately, kitchen needed a good clean, wooden blinds needs attention, so dusty also Main TV didn’t work at all. Called the help # spoke to a person who said they would sort and call me back - didn’t! House just needed a really good clean along with the outside area. No cleaning products to clean their errors either ( toilet was not good )...
