Two elegant bathrooms and a modern kitchen with a dining area complete the spaces, designed so you can share meals with whoever you choose.



Outside, the property extends over more than one hectare and features approximately ninety olive trees. The pool area's the focal point of the day. Among the olive trees, you’ll also find a spot with a hammock—perfect for reading or resting in the shade. In the evening, you can dine al fresco under a starry sky.



The Itria Valley surrounds the property with its Apulian countryside landscape. Nearby are villages characteristic of the region. You can explore the area from this peaceful retreat, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, with nature serving as the constant backdrop to your stay.
