'Staff is wonderful; from check in to check out. And Patsy, who shows up extra early to make the delicious breakfast, was so friendly and accommodating. (Thank you, Patsy!) Also, the coffee is FRESH and delicious! We would stay here again. '

'The internet was down for my whole stay and the pool heater was broke: In the evening the night clerk was asleep and there was people wanting to check in ringing the bell. He finally appeared and you could tell he just woke up.'

'I'll admit my expectations were not very high considering the cost of my room compared to surrounding properties but I was very happy with everything regarding my stay! The staff was friendly and attentive, my room was clean and comfortable, and I can think of nothing I was missing. The fitness room was small but functional and suited my needs, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area '

'Property advertises on site restaurant and bar. There is no restaurant. The bar is laughable. The checking clerk doubles as the bartender, they have zero knowledge of drinks, they have zero ability to make mixed drinks, including a simply coke with a mixer. They had a handful of lukewarm beer. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand english which made it difficult to inquire about anything. I asked for toilet paper and kleenex and was given a bath towel. Had a do not disturb...

'I had a vip access, but what is it. It was still the same as the other hotels. Breakfast was not so good, orange juice was like water! '

'Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. '

'The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!'

'The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel.'
