The house is on three levels and offers:
On the ground floor
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A terrace

On the first floor
- A bright 32 m² living room with a sitting area, TV, dining area, and access to the terrace via stairs
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

On the second level
- A fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
- A terrace with sea and calanque views, accessible from the kitchen
- Two bedrooms with two double beds (140×190), opening onto the rear terrace

Additional amenities: washing machine, dryer, fans, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi.

The house is located in the heart of Les Goudes, a legendary neighborhood at the southern tip of Marseille. Transport
- From Saint-Charles train station, take the M2 metro line to Rond-Point du Prado, then the RTM bus no. 19 towards Madrague de Montredon to the terminus, and finally the bus no. 20 towards Callelongue, stopping at Les Goudes.
- During the high season, shuttle boats also run from the Old Port to Les Goudes via Pointe Rouge.
- If you are coming by car, private parking is available on site.
Please note: the southern coastal road can be very busy, especially on weekends and in summer. If possible, use public transportation, travel during off-peak hours, or opt for soft mobility (cycling, walking).
- Marseille-Provence Airport is accessible by direct shuttle bus to Saint-Charles train station, but we recommend taking a taxi or private driver (such as Uber) for greater comfort.
