Het is een super fijn hotel. Heel luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is erg professioneel en behulpzaam. Een goede locatie en dichtbij de luchthaven. Veel eetgelegenheden rondom het hotel.

Good hotel, bad concierge service
Hotel mentions 5 star, indeed it has the basic facilities to comply with this rating but it lacks the concierge / customer service. We never received reply on the emails we send, requesting suggestions for day trips. Hotel confirmed shuttle service, however we had to wait 1.5 hr and only after phoning them several times we were picked up. There are no taxi arrangements leading to big variations in trips. Due to the complete absence of concierge services we asked suggestions and booked with the 4 seasons hotel which is nearby. Overall installations are ok. Lunch possibilities are limited but the mall is next door offering alternatives. Breakfast is very good.

Huge hotel, beautiful, great location
We liked the hotel very much. It is a huge and elegant hotel in a place right outside the busy Marrakech but walking distance to all the places to visit. It has 3 restaurants which are very expensive, so we ate mostly in Medina except for few lunches and a dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel. Beautiful Spa and wellness center but you have to pay everything separately except the swimming pool. Very busy breakfast times in Christmas holiday so the waitresses constantly forgetting what you asked them or they were bringing wrong things. Sometimes there were a group of men extremely loud with their own Arabic music sitting near the swimming pool and drinking like crazy and playing their music very loudly and the hotel was not telling them anything. Fantastic Concierge help.

Fantastisch resort!
Een resort om terug te komen. Heerlijke sfeer, mooie zwembaden. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet (soms wat druk en rommelig) en prima personeel. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in en rond Marrakech. Maar ook gewoon lekker liggen bij het zwembad is al prima. Kortom, aanrader!

Me gustó mucho el hotel cerca de Medina pero sin estar todo el tiempo en súper bullicio y mil gentes. El servicio muy bueno, la gente amable. Súper ubicado para acceder a todo. La habitación bien sin ser algo excepcional pero cumple. Súper recomendable. El desayuno muy bueno para estar incluido. Me quedaría de nuevo sin duda.

Beautiful property, just how it looks in the pictures if not better! The rooms are large and well kitted! The customer service is really goo and the breakfast buffet is exquisite and definitely something to look forward to every morning! Diese ist eine Gut 4 Sterne Hotel. Nur die Essen und Getränke sind 5 Sterne in Preis.Dass Verhältnis passt nich, vergleichen mit Sofitel. Nabu ist sehr grosse unterschied. Viel zu Gross so Kantine mäßig,. Beim Frühstück sehr viel Betrieb. Personal ist Bemüht zwar und sehr Nett kommen aber mit so viele Gäste nicht klar. Anlage selber ist teil Renoviert aber überall wo Teppich ist hat Geruch.

I had a fight with the Concierge who was more focused in selling tours than helping hotel guests. The television kept turning off but they immediately gave us a new one. The water temperature kept switching from hot to cold and vice versa. There is a spa at the hotel but if you just want to use the jacuzzi you have to pay 25 euros. The hotel is beautiful but overall it is not worth the price and there is a lot to be desired. They have an excellent breakfast buffet however.

Overall clean, Servers are all friendly its the front desk that could use some work. Never heard of a hotel that will not let you bring your own food or beverages in the room you paid for, instead they stop you at door and try to make you pay for their overpriced menu. You will constantly be watched like you are breaking rules. Also they will check for marriage and try to make you pay for another room.

We had an amazing family trip, the facilities were excellent and nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff all of who were very friendly

Exactly as described. The service was amazing, the room clean and bigger than expected. The boys loved the choice of 6 pools. Obviously the outdoor ones were pretty cold but it’s February, and the indoor ones were great. The choice of restaurants and poolside menu were great and overall very good value for money - some welcome winter sun and a great half term option.
