We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Sin. Younis who greeted us upon arrival always made sure we were comfortable and ensured we had everything we needed. The Riad is also set up beautifully with thoughtful details in each room which made the stay all the more admirable. One thing to be mindful of: the street leading up to the Riad is one of the busiest ones we experienced during our stay in Marrakech. It’s a narrow street with food vendors and souks all operating there, all the while biker traffic and lots of buggies making their way through it as well. At times, it felt claustrophobic trying to pass through there. This was mainly during the evening hours when there’s lots of foot traffic. Once you’re through that, the Riad is located in a quiet street and Younis is a fantastic host. Highly recommended this Riad.

Riad très sympa simple mais efficace. Au calme dans la médina proche de la grande place donc proche de tout les commerces , nous avons passé 5 nuits appréciable. Merci a Younes et Hasna pour l accueil.

Excellent location
We booked Riad Sin with only a few weeks notice. When we arrived we were very impressed as it looked even better than it did in the photos. Younes was very helpful and gave great recommendations, yet respected our privacy. The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed for a short break. The location was great - we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted visit. It was only a ten minute walk from the main square, the furthest place we visited was the Jardin Majorelle (still only a 40 min walk). Breakfast was excellent and different every day, which we really appreciated! Not sure how price compares to other riads, but we felt it was great value for money. Would happily recommend or come back one day!

Highly recommended
Small and lovely place, nice roof terrace, superb service! The only downside was that our bathroom was a bit mouldy (we had a room slightly below the street level, I imagine rooms on the first floor may not have this issue). But overall, highly recommended, we felt at home because of the excellent service.

A nice little Riad in a good location. Quite difficult to find, but walking distance to many the main square. Very friendly and serviceminded. Nice rooms and nothing really to complain about.

Per certo l aspetto migliore del Riad è Younes che lo gestisce insieme ad una donna. Accogliente, simpatico e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda, un ottimo padrone di casa nonostante la giovane età! Per quanto riguarda il Riad, avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria, le foto sono diverse dalla realtà ma io e la mia amica abbiamo spirito d'adattamento e ci siamo trovate bene dopotutto. La zona non è il massimo della pulizia o sicurezza ma è sufficiente non dare corda a chi tenta di attaccare bottone e si sopravvive bene. La "old city" è tutta così quindi "prendere o lasciare". Concludo dicendo che abbiamo pagato poco quindi direi che non potevamo pretendere di più. Grazie a Younes per l'ospitalità e la colazione che ci ha preparato in un'occasione :)

Muy bien ubicado. Yunes es fantástico, siempre con una sonrisa en la boca y dispuesto a ayudar. Llegamos a las 2:30 de la madrugada y allí estaba, con su sonrisa. Muy agradable también la señora, aunque difícil la comunicación con ella. El desayuno muy bueno y recién hecho. En general muy buena estancia de 4 noches. Poco que decir que no nos gustara. Totalmente recomendable.

Wonderful stay in a traditional Riad
From the moment Younes greeted us to the moment we left, our stay at the Riad Faiza was exceptional. In a quiet alley, off one of the main streets in the central Medina, this Riad was a quiet haven from the madness of Marrakech. From the mint tea on arrival, to the excellent sized comfortable rooms, to holding our bags for us on check out day (and giving us a mint tea when we came to pick them up), I can find no fault with our stay. Younes in particular was a delight, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. One note... the google maps location of this property is correct. The hotels.com one is not!

A wonderful home from home
A beautiful, peaceful haven in a vibrant, energetic city. The riad is wonderfully presented and you are made to feel at home from the moment you step through the door. Our bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The roof terrace was a lovely place to relax in the sun and the small hammam was a treat one afternoon. The star of the show is of course Younes who is a fantastic, attentive and endlessly helpful host. From the glass of tea on arrival and with each morning's delicious breakfast you are well looked after and any questions answered. Looking forward to our next visit.

Nuestra opinión es dificilmente mejorable. En todo momento, el personal del hotel nos hizo sentir como en casa. Más que unos clientes, Younes nos recibió como a unos amigos, haciendo gala de su hospitalidad. Siempre estaba disponible, recibiéndonos con una sonrisa. Nos asesoró con muy buenos consejos y conversaciones que sólo un local puede darte. El momento del desayuno en el precioso patio era uno de los mejores del día, así como disfrutar de las vistas desde la azotea. El servicio de traslado con conductor privado desde el hotel funcionó correctamente. El Riad está situado en una tranquila y limpia callejuela situada cerca del centro de Marrakech. No está construido con materiales de muy alta calidad y tiene algún que otro desperfecto, pero es un riad muy bonito, acogedor y sin duda, una opción muy recomendable como oasis y punto de partida para conocer Marrakech.

Un encantador Riad en plena medina.
En junio de este 2019, fue mi primer viaje turístico a Marruecos, digo el primero pues estoy encantada con todo lo que vi y experimenté, me faltó tiempo y mucho más por ver. Mi primer contacto con este lejano país fue en el Aeropuerto de Marrakech, pues mi esposo y yo tomamos un vuelo directo de Madrid a Marrakech, tenía mis reservas y temores respecto a Marrakech, sobretodo porque no hablamos árabe ni francés. Sin embargo es muy fácil comunicarse en ingles y hay algunos que entienden español. Pero lo que más resalto es la bienvenida en el Riad Faiza, a pesar que llegamos bastante tarde por la noche, la bienvenida fue adorable y el té marroquí más rico que he probado. Felicitaciones al Personal por su amabilidad y buena disponibilidad para todo lo que requeríamos. Mil gracias. Respecto a la ubicación, es perfecta, estás dentro de la Medina muy cerca a la Plaza Principal y es fácil de hallar.

Das Riad ist eine gemütliche ruhige Oase in der lebendigen Medina. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend gestaltet und die Betten bequem. Besonders schön sind die Suite und das Berber Zimmer, beides im 1 Stick. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Das Personal freundlich und beantwortet alle Fragen. Besonders Younus spricht gut Englisch . Ein kleines Frühstück stärkt für den Tag. Der Eigentümer selbst war nicht vor Ort. Das war jedoch kein Problem. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war nett und alle offenen Fragen könnten geklärt werden. Zu empfehlen ist, sich vom Flughafen abholen zu lassen, auch wenn dies etwas teurer ist, da das Riad beim ersten Mal in der verwinkelten Medina, in der alle Gassen ähnlich aussehen alleine vermutlich schwer zu finden sein dürfte. Kennt nan einmal den relativen einfachen Weg vom “großen Platz” ist das kein Problem mehr und auch nachts haben wir uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Wer in familiärer Atmosphäre mitten im Leben der Medina seinen Urlaub verbringen will ist hier richtig.

Waren im Februar für 4 Tage im riad faiza und spa. Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder. Junis hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und war jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche für uns da. Das Zimmer war toll und wurde täglich gereinigt. Frühstück ist nicht üppig aber vor allem für den Preis vollkommen angemessen. Das riad liegt perfekt mitten in der Altstadt (Médina) in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Gasse. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Boende på Riad blir mer familjärt än boende på hotell. Rummen låses inte, men har en låsbar garderob där man kan låsa in sina saker om man önskar. Detta Riad har bara fem rum. Det är vackert om omsorgsfullt dekorerat med typiskt marockanskt hantverk, smideslampor, berbermattor, tavlor med lokala motiv, mosaikfontän, tofsar, snidat trä mm. Där jobbar en kvinna som sköter mat och städning och en ung man som tar hand om gästerna. Han heter Younes och gör sitt yttersta för att gästerna ska ha det så bra som möjligt. Verkligen en fantastisk värd! Frukosten består av pannkaka, bröd, färskpressad juice, kaffe/mintte och frukt eller yoghurt. På rummet finns dusch, handdukar, toalettartiklar och en hårfön. Väggarna i Riadets bottenvåning är flera hundra år gamla och ligger under marknivå. Därför kan de två rum som ligger där upplevas aningen fuktiga vintertid, det kan vara bättre att be om ett rum på ovanvåningen då. Riadet är vintertid kyligt i den öppna innergården, även fast den täckts med ett skyddande plasttak. På rummet finns både luftvärmepump och ett löst oljeelement, så där går det att få hur varmt som helst. Riadet har ett mycket bra läge. Det ligger i en tyst och lugn återvändsgränd, och bara om hörnet hamnar man mitt i en av medinan mest hektiska gator. Det går att åka taxi ända till återvändsgränden. Det är gångavstånd från riadet till de flesta sevärdheterna och de som ligger i nya staden nås lätt med buss. Alla bussar går från "triangelparken" vid Jemaa el fna.

Accueil formidable
Le riad est un peu difficile à trouvé certe mais l accueil de Younes est formidable, ce jeune homme fait tout ce qui est possible pour satisfaire ses clients. Le petit déjeuner est excellent est variés. La literie est correct, la propreté et au rendez vous. Le thé qui est servit est bon et à volonté. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans ce riad et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de younes et de la femme de ménage ( discrète et souriante). Si vous souhaitais loger au coeur d'une médina authentique ce riad est fait pour vous, si vous préférez loger du coté de la médina aseptisée et non authentique passer votre chemin.

Ce riad est très calme et agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant. Il est situé en pleine medina, très facile d’accéder aux Zoucks mais aussi à la Kashba. Très recommandable, j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Charmant riad
Riad bien situé. Chambre accueillante, de taille tout à fait raisonnable, avec salle d'eau très propre en tadelak. Le personnel d'accueil Hajide est très serviable et souriant. Il prépare de bons petits déjeuners avec l'aide de la cuisinière, femme de ménage, intendante Hahia qui est tout aussi serviable, agréable et accueillante. Le seul bémol serait que le jacusi, sur la terrasse, ne fonctionnait pas, ou tout au moins n'était pas en marche.

Riad Faiza is nice, clean very cosy, and quiet
I spent just few days in the Riad Faiza but I must say that the place is a well hidden jewel and the people who manage the place are friendly and kind. There is no Spa but I had a much needed massage, very relaxing. The location is perfect because is very central.

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer sind geräumig und der Innenhof ist sehr schön. Das tollste am Riad ist aber der Service. Alle sind sehr freundlich, sehr bemüht und helfen bei allen Fragen und Anliegen. Einzig vom "Spa" darf man nicht soviel erwarten.
