With this message I would like to share with you our frustration for the unfortunate episode you have reported. As you said our investigation did not provide any elements which can confirm what has really heppened.As you have noticed at Les Deux Tours we do not register any other comments in relation of this kind of event and that is why we are very surprised and speechless.Our team members are very trusted emplyees who have been with us for a very longtimes.The house provides at guests' disposal safety deposit boxes in every accomodation and as everywhere in the world it is always recommandable to make good use of them no matter the quality and level of the property.We understand that you have decided to leave an important amount of cash outside the safe during your stay, despite we do not believe that our team members could have done this, we undestand that this could have been a tentation for any human been.We respect your position and pleased to have the opportunity to reply to you in public. It is, as you could understand, difficult for us to take financial and moral responsibility for this.It is a shame that you have decided to rate the property with 2 because of this, I think we should separate the hotel performances and an unlucky life event.By experience guests are very much concentrated on their trip and frequelty leave money and personal belongings in unexpected places overall while travalling in town.
