'一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。'

'Initial room allocated for week stay did not have views as had been advertised in promotional photos for 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. Requested a change and was put in a privately owned apartment in complex - condition of room (furniture etc) slightly poorer, but views were spot on.'

'I have to be honest and say I would never stay at this property again. The cleanliness of the property was very average. We had to ask for another blanket because there was only a light, very small blanket on the bed and it was quite cold. The manager eventually brought us another one and it had disgusting stains over it. I had to wash it before putting it on the bed. A lot of things didn’t work in the property and it was just old and tired.'

'Loved being here. It was such good prices for such a beautiful stay. It is nicely decorated. Our privacy was well. Each bed had like curtains and 2 charging ports. Clean room. Nice peole I bunked with. Not a lot of space for clothes tho. Especially of we are 4 people. The staff helped us and was always available when needed. She was very firendly and kind. There was shops nearby which was great. A nice swimming pool. Ping pong table. Big tv in lounge room. So many places to hangout and...

'The managers went out of their way to help us after a booking glitch on another website left myself, my husband and three children with no accomodation late on a Saturday night. Truly grateful for their help. '

'The location was great close to the beach and surf club The property was dated but it had its own charm the only bad thing was The carpet and tiles were really dirty our feet were black from walking on the carpet. We also had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days they offered more at a cost so we bought our own. Other than that it was convenient and not very expensive for the location'
