Imagine waking up every morning to a breathtaking view of the lake, in a corner of Marone where the climate is mild even in winter. The well-maintained and furnished garden is perfect for relaxing outdoors, and the quiet location, far from traffic, will offer you absolute peace and tranquility.

The ground-floor apartment features a bedroom, a cozy living room with a sofa and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious closet, and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the public beach, the lake, public parking, and the ferry terminal. Nearby, there are also shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the train station.

The building houses other apartments, so there will be other guests, but don’t worry—the outdoor areas, such as the garden, courtyard, and porch, are shared. My family lives here, but nothing that will disturb your peace and quiet.

This house has been passed down from father to son, and I wanted to share it with you so you can discover the beauty of our splendid Lake Iseo. It’s a place rich in history, charm, and unique architectural details. The garden is a riot of flowers and plants, and the location is perfect: close to the train station and easily accessible by car from the main roads.

The area is ideal for lovers of mountain hikes, with numerous bike and walking trails. During your stay, you can visit Monte Isola, the islands of Loreto and S. Paolo, the coastal towns rich in history and tradition, museums, events, bars, restaurants, and shops. Don’t forget to explore Zone with its erosional pyramids—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—and the magical forest of the gnomes.
