'Nice cozy spot would recommend'

'Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.'

'It's a great location and clean'

'Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.'

'Good location for a Fishtown experience, easy walking distance to main dinner spots.Clean and well appointed. Large bed is a loft space with a wooden ladder, a bit tricky if you both are seniors!'

'The appartment is clean and basic. But guests should be aware that it is located in an old building. The state of the building in general is lower than that of the appartment itself.'

'We had a lovely stay and this place looks just as advertised on the inside. Definitely walkable! Fortunately, I had parked right outside the unit to keep an eye on the vehicle and heard the glass break immediately. We caught the perpetrator in the act, detained him, and held him...

'Pet friendly & quiet. Small & dark (it’s a basement flat), but perfect for a resting place while exploring Philadelphia.'

'The studio apt. was in a convenient location for us and was very adequate for our recent stay. Pros: Clean overall, nice bathroom with large shower, good lighting, street parking was never a problem, host was very responsive, terrace overlooking street and park was nice. Cons: no luggage racks or place to put suitcases, upholstered chair and sofa...

'Host was Great. Parking was hected to say the least. Property had roaches. The area felt safe at night. Unit B was way nicer than Unit A.'
