Located at the west end of Marion, nestled in a serene wooded area, this cabin offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, being just under 5 minutes from the new Oasis Sports Complex and Kokopelli Golf Course, situated in the heart of Marion. The Grove is also less than 5 minutes away from Herrin, a neighboring town. SIU University is also less than a 20 minute drive, making this location perfect for our guests!

Accommodating up to six guests, The Grove features three cozy bedrooms, including two twin beds, a queen bed, and a king bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for families or couples looking to unwind. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fans for your convenience.

After a day of exploring, come back to relax in this peaceful setting. Enjoy the nearby Kokopelli Golf Course and the new Oasis Sports Complex (opening in the summer of 2025), both just minutes away. You'll also find a variety of dining options in the area, making it easy to sample the local flavors. Embrace the best of both worlds at The Grove—your home away from home!

The Grove is located on our families farmland. You may see us from time to time, bailing hay or working on the property to ensure it's in top shape. We are very careful not to disturb our guests and allow them to fully enjoy their stay!

Important Tips Before Your Stay

A set up package of 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 dishwasher pods, and 4 Free and Clear laundry pods are provided for each booking. All sheets, blankets, comforters, pillowcases, and throw blankets are laundered with free and clear laundry detergent. All items, used or unused, are laundered every time the home is rented.

Once your booking is accepted, we will send you a short-term rental agreement that is to be reviewed and signed within 24 hours of your accepted reservation. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that all guests abide by the house polices outlined in the agreement.

The Grove has a strict no-smoking and vaping policy inside the home, on the porches, and near the home. There is a designated smoking location under the carport with a receptacle. The home is made of cedar, which easily soaks in smells, making future non-smoking guests' stays unpleasant. If you or your guests smoke or vape, there are several homes in the area with more lax smoking policies. Thank you.
