'We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.'

The room was adequate in size for us. My husband fell in love with the robe! He actually wore it to sleep in because it was so soft and cozy! 'Very disappointing experience overall. The property was poorly maintained, and the level of service provided by both the staff and management was far below expectations. The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for guest satisfaction. The restaurant was another letdown. The food was average at best, and the restaurant staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the dining experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.'

'We were very impressed with this hotel from the moment we walked in. The man at the check in was very welcoming and pleasant. I believe his name was Adam. In the evening the fire pit was lit on the patio and it was a nice evening spent outside at the fire. The breakfast was great in the morning. When checking out the gal who checked us out was very pleasant as well. We would stay here again and plan for more then one night.'

'There’s no plugs by the bed side just old usb setup that’s not compatible to today’s technology, i didn’t like the cold air that screams throw the balcony door and the property was very cold even with heat on because cold air getting in I’m anemic didn’t feel great'

'We checked in and went up to the rooms. They smelled terrible, so we tried to turn on the air conditioners and they did not work. We found a beg bug crawling on the cover, and that was the deal breaker. The front desk employee was clueless. We left the hotel and expect a full refund.'

'Waarschijnlijk het beste hotel in de omgeving. Buiten het centrum van Rochester, maar het is maar de vraag of je daar zou willen verblijven omwille van de veiligheid.'

'This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.'

'Heerlijke ruime kamer, sofa bed was in goede staat! Dat komt niet vaak voor. Laatste hotel van onze vakantie en het vriendelijkste ontvangst van al die 4 weken. Het betreft tweelingzussen, zo vriendelijk, gastvrij, spontaan en zo gemeend!! Prima ontbijt. Nabijgelegen restaurant/pub prima gegeten, 15 % korting omdat wij in nabijgelegen hotel sliepen.'
