'The hotel was great! Very comfortable and thoughtful with a lot of details. The breakfast was good, and they provided afternoon cookies. They had a cool little library room you could relax in. It was walking distance to the cute Main Street in East Aurora. We would stay again.'

'I asked for a 1st floor room they said yes, when I got there they said no. the railings on the stairs were lose and it did not feel safe walking up them. The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. Housekeeping cane in and they did not close the door all the way when they left so the door was not locked and when I told the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders and went on with...

'Our “window” didn’t face anywhere outside, we opened the shade and saw the LOBBY!! NO daylight at all, EVER. So, had to keep the shade closed all the time or anyone and everyone walking in the lobby could see right in our room. It also smelled horrible. Musty smell and when we mentioned it to the front desk, all they did was spray deodorizer which lasted maybe a couple hours. We don’t plan on staying there next year when we go back to Buffalo.'

'The staff was friendly, but the hotel is very old and rundown. The reception area and hallways are OK, but the rooms are very small and very dirty. Water pressure was very bad. No space for toiletry bags next to the sink. Never again for us.'
