'The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included.
Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Wasn’t a big issue for us but may be for others.

'Location was great. Air conditioning was amazing. The black-out blinds were super helpful. It wasn’t great that there was no laundry detergent. Why provide a washing machine if you’re not going to provide at least a small amount of detergent (which costs maybe 1). Shower is small but that’s pretty standard in Europe.'

'Truly lovely apartment. Met all of our needs, with maybe the exception of AC, but we knew that going in. The terrace was probably our favorite part. Absolutely loved our visit to Annecy and this apartment and location made it even better.'

'Drain in the bathroom sink was blocked. Had to use kitchen sink. Drain in the shower was so slow after a 1 minute shower water pours from drain pan all over the bathroom floor. One small of toilet paper was supplied. No shower soap supplied. I notified property manager about the sink. No one ever showed up to fix it. La Conciergerie du Lac was the property manager. Stay away from their properties'

'We hebben genoten van het appartement (waar alles aanwezig was met en prahtig balkon) maar meer nog van de mooie omgeving en natuur. De rust maar ook de leuke rondtour per fiets om het Meer van Annecy!
Tevens een tandemvlucht paragliding gedaan boven het meer, een aanrader!'

'The property is well appointed but there is no ventilation in the bedroom- the glass is pains do not open so the only ventilation to the bedroom is the door. It was in the high 90’s and asked for Fans and the request was denied. It was stifling in the bedroom!! The apartment is great for cooler temperatures!!'
