The new and secure duplex is located at the back of a building of 3 lots (a shop, a large duplex and this accommodation). You are in the center of a small town of 3000 souls with all amenities (which can be done on foot) namely bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, supermarket, bank... Saint Lô is the largest city nearby (10 mins). You are geographically halfway to everything for the festivities of the 80th anniversary of the DDAY landings/landing beach and to visit the English Channel.

The access to the courtyard does not allow you to park your vehicle but it is tolerated especially for unloading. Access is via a courtyard served by a narrow and motorable cul-de-sac, just after the bakery below the haberdashery.
Pushed the gate, we enter a courtyard common to the 3 lots; and more particularly to the shop but it is allowed to enjoy it calmly thanks to a small table + garden chairs + barbecue. The 2 respective bins/duplexes are also installed there and are to be put on Monday evening at the end of the cul-de-sac for collection. The glass is to be taken to the waste collection centre a little further down the street. Mandatory cleaning fee at 40€ extra
From this courtyard and just after the gate, on the left, is the front door:
