On the upper terrace, there is a cold-water jacuzzi, providing an idyllic spot to unwind and enjoy panoramic views.

This charming two-story house extends a warm welcome with a foyer on the ground floor, providing direct access to the pool. As you ascend to the main floor, a spacious and bright living room is revealed, equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning, complemented by a generous sofa that invites relaxation. The separate kitchen features a gas stove, barista-style coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. For the rest, three bedrooms, one with a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, double bed, and air conditioning, and the other two with double beds. A final bathroom with a shower, along with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, offer additional comforts. - Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There are parking spaces for 2 cars in the garage.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
