The flat is perfectly and completely furnished. The two bedrooms both have a double bed, one of which has direct access to the balcony. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped and the large balcony makes this flat complete for a perfect stay in Maria Alm
In a few minutes' walk, you are in the centre of Maria Alm. The cosy village square is surrounded by nice terraces. From the village, the first ski lift (also in summer) goes directly to the entire Hochkönig ski area.
Maria Alm is very popular among winter sports enthusiasts due to its small size and good location. A medium-sized ski area is right on your doorstep, offering challenges for every type of skier. And it is not too far to Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour.
Many sporting activities in the area make this flat attractive. Hikers and mountain bikers can indulge themselves, and a beautiful golf course is nearby
