'Going through Expedia is the right way to go! We saved money from what the hotel itself was offering so that was good. When we arrived, THE person at the desk welcomed us. She was friendly and professional! Her name was Rachel. Once we got to our room, we had a text from Rachel asking if we need anything and we asked if there was a place nearby where we could get fresh fish. 'Beautiful place! We traveled with a one year-old and the baby pool was closed the day we were there. That was a big disappointment for us as our little one was overpowered in the larger pool and not a fan of the lazy river. All in all we had a beautiful stay and will definitely go back.'

'When we initially checked in, we got to the room, the bathroom wasn't clean, the floor was disgusting and there was a bug on the bed. I went back to the front desk, asked for a different room, she got on the phone with the EVS crew, she offered me a different room but said that room might not be clean either if it was cleaned by the same team. '
