New, Penthouse Apartment is a one bedroomed apartment in a trendy block of apartments, 150 metres from the beach and 10-minute walk from Margate train station, Margate main sands, the Old Town and Dreamland. Shops and restaurants outside the door in Westbrook (also on a bus route) with Westbrook Bay just around the corner.
Built to a very high standard, this 2018 built Penthouse Apartment has two balconies with seating (partial sea views), lounge with air conditioning, kitchen with Induction hob, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer, microwave oven, coffee machine with coffee pods, herbal drinks, oils, along with many other treats and surprises.
The bathroom is contemporary with a rainfall large shower head, bath and lots of freebies to include toothbrushes and toothpaste, hand sanitizers, soaps, shower cap, makeup wipes and other handy things to make your holiday very special! Just bring your clothes! We even provide bathrobes!
The bedding is Hungarian Down and Feather, all cotton linens for your comfort. The luxurious mattress is completely encased and protected for sanitary reasons. There are blackout curtains, Sonos One, Alexa & Echo Dot, 40" TV Amazon Fire Stick. An extra two people can be accommodated in the pull out sofa bed.
On-site gated and secure parking is included for one car. Please use bay 12.
The property is equipped with a Noise level monitoring device which will alert the owner if the sound approaches that of a ‘party’ type noise level. It cannot record sounds of any type including conversation it will alert property owners when sound levels approach go over 70 decibels for more than 5 minutes. It also has a crowd detector and will advise when more guests than are booked arrive. Guests must agree to use the property as a home but be respectful to surrounding neighbours with sound levels.
Please be aware that we are on the top floor and there is no lift. Also, some of the apartment is facing a road so expect some distant road noise.

Fantastic property & location
Fantastic property, exactly as described. Great location for exploring the wider area on foot, bike, car and train, we tried them all! Close enough to Margate to enjoy the bars & restaurants within walking distance but far enough out to be quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing but central
We spent 3 nights in this apartment and we had a lovely time. The booking and check-in process was easy and it is great to have parking too. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. So close to the beach so lovey to go out to eat or catch the amazing sunsets. In a great location for getting to Whitstable and Broadstairs too, so perfect location for day trips.

Fantastic find! Lovely, light and bright apartment.
Highly enjoyed our stay. The flat, is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you may need on a short stay. There is a mini Tesco just outside the building for any extras. The flat is located a few minutes walk from the beach and the centre of town. You can even see a full sunset from the balcony!
