'Like the location and service'

'Mountain View, clean room and staff completed friendly'

'No me gustó el estacionamiento'

'It is the second time we stay at this hotel. It is clean and the staff is great and will go out of their way to help with anything. Breakfast is good. Our only complaint is the stairs (there is nothing anyone can do about that) but the staff will bring your luggage up and down.'

'This is a fabulous location right on the plaza, steps to the university. Be aware Guanajuato in that area is 24/7 with the clubs getting out at 5 am, so ask for a room in the back if that bothers you. Otherwise the front rooms with balconies are spectacular, so bring your noise cancelling earpods or headphones to sleep. The breakfast is great and walking distance to everything. They can set up tours for you. Friendly staff, we loved our short stay.'

'Didn’t have hot water had to take cold showers'

'Loved this placed. Super cute. The only issue was the access to the place. It is a steep heel where the cars are driving by. It’s a very small street. My older parents had a hard time getting there. Besides that everything was great! Staff is nice, view are nice. Would recommend.'

'Ground floor Room was large , hot water took about 6 minutes to hit the shower. Continental breakfast was mediocre. Location was great.'
