'Parking.'

'The pillows were so flimsy, I basically got no sleep. The air vents were insanely loud when the AC ran which kept us up too. We had a handicap room, which should have been reserved for someone who was handicap. But the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the counter, water got all over the counter when we used it. It also stunk like weed on our entire floor. Which causes us to get headaches.'

'Dirty, filthy and unacceptable. Bathroom, towels, couch, broken door latch, the worst I have ever seen and I've traveled to 6 continents. We had to leave and go to another hotel because of how dirty the room was upon our arrival.'

'Very disappointed with my stay. I booked a king corner suite well in advance for my son’s prom night and paid over $500. I called ahead and was approved for early check-in, and I arrived two hours before the standard 4 PM check-in. Even arriving that early, I was told the hotel had overbooked and was “upgrading” me to a standard room with two queen beds — a room that normally goes for under $200. '00:30 am, sounded like family argument on the second floor hall, a girl screaming at the top of her lungs waking everyone up'

'Booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds a family of 9 including 2 kids. We've tried DoubleTree by Hilton in Washington State and we were given the warm cookies individually. Here, the front desk person said just maximum 2 per room which made us disappointed. Also both the rooms A/C were loud. Rooms were also so far from the elevator.'

'The location of the hotel is centrally located to a variety of stores. It is quick access to highways. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top notch. Pricing is comparable to the services. Self pay Laundry on site, continental breakfast serves hot and cold foods, and parking is free. Great stay!'

'They put a curtain on the bed…'

'Goed gelegen bij de snelweg en diverse restaurants, vriendelijk personeel, maar de accommodatie is met een woord te beschrijven: dump. De kraan in de badkamer gaf nauwelijks water, de handdouche hing aan een elastiekje, de kluis deed het niet, er lagen haren in de badkamer en buiten staat een afval verzamelplek waar ik ratten zag.'

'Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?'
