What a premium condo and view of the ocean!

This is a lovely condo, and though a bit of a walk to the beach, it wasn’t far and easily doable with all our beach equipment. Thank you for sharing your incredible property!

Súper súper buenísimoooo.

Estuvimos 10 días en este apto, y me tomaría mucho tiempo describirles todos los detalles, para nosotros fue una experiencia bien bonita, nos encantó, el apto súper limpio, no necesitas llevar absolutamente nada si deseas cocinar, el servicio del edificio súper, muy tranquilo, hermosa vista. Un balcón increíble. Mi hija quería estar 10 días más. Pensamos volver en otra ocacion. Se lo recomiendo 200%

The west coast of Florida-specfically Marco Island - is the best place to stay.

We've rented through VRBO before and it's all nice, but Marco Island is gorgeous. Powder sugar sand beaches- very lovely area- chi chi and upscale. Lots of great places to eat-easy to get to from Fort Myers airport. Condo is lovely - way up high with magnificent views. Get up each morning sip coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach and bay. Very very pretty. We took long walks along the beach every morning. Heated swimming pool - small but nice. Condo itself is nice (a little dated-but clean and quiet) and there's easy access to what you need. The office where you pick up the keys- Marco Island Properties -very good- pleasant and an easy process. Cindy and staff- very nice. The only small issue is the actual property office at the condo- not a lot info given to us- they closed early and could have notified us the day before, not while I was on the flight in. There was a message on my phone when I landed saying I could check in earlier-so when we arrived at the condo-that office was closed and we had no info- and no one to tell us about...parking-keys-check out- ect. It was up to us to figure out a few things. But all in all a very lovely place- definitely worth a stay. Grade A.

Beautiful quiet spot on Marco

The property was beautiful and convenient. The unit was well appointed with everything you would need. The kitchen and baths were recently remodeled and were very well done. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and fitness center! While tower 3 is oceanfront it is still about a 10 minute walk to the water, so it might be a bit far if you have very small children or trouble walking in the sand. We love to walk on the beach, so it was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and unbelievable views.

We have stayed in Marco for over 10 years. This was the first stay at this condo and it was great. The views are spectacular with white sand beaches that stretch for miles and the water is aqua blue. Also, this condo is beautiful inside and set up perfect for my family of 4. We hope to stay at this condo again. Chris and Michele Murray
