  • Mooie 1 bed 1 badkamer 5e verdieping appartement met directe toegang tot het strand. Tropische landschap met een eigen en rustige omgeving, zwembad, cabana, tennisbaan. Dicht bij de restaurants en winkels. Beautiful Sunsets vanaf uw eigen balkon!

    San Marco Residences heeft de setup, maar belangrijker nog, de locatie die u nodig heeft voor uw volgende vakantie! Het complex ligt direct tegenover 1 van slechts 4 openbare strand access points, biedt alle gasten een directe toegang tot het strand iedereen begeert. Maak gebruik van die toegang tot het strand zonder dat die prijzen aan het strand te betalen! Op de top van dat de toegang wordt het complex ligt op slechts een half blok ten noorden van de nieuw afgewerkte J. W. Marriott !!!

Excellent location

Very cute and perfect for two. Right across the street from beach access. Easy walk to JW Marriott. Walk to happy hour at Oyster Society. Would stay again.

Beautiful property!

Marco Island and Harborview Resort was all that was promised! We had a great long weekend, enjoyed awesome restaurants, beaches and shops. Got lucky enough to pick up some Stone Crab on the first day of the season! We highly recommend Kirk’s Seafood to pick up some fresh catch!

Cozy and comfortable

This property is very well located. It's directly across the street from public beach access. Apartment is comfortable. My 12 year old slept on pullout in living area. We were very comfortable and the apartment has everything we needed. We will definitely be doing a long weekend at this place again!

Comfortable and good location

This is our second stay at San Marco Residences but in a different unit. Everything was ok but the unit was lacking several things that should be standard No bath mat, kitchen dish cloths,dishwasher soap and only had one trash bag. . Nothing that ruined our stay.Location is ideal and pool is nice

Good without personal touch

One giant frying pan, the stopper on the bathroom sink broke the smoke alarm went off and beeped for about 12 hours on the weekend. When we couldn’t get a hold of anybody. On the other hand, the place was clean directly across the street from the beach is perfectly suited to our needs in every other way.

Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was fine and the location was good considering it is at a crosswalk for public beach access on the other side of the road. The building, however, is in bad shape. One of the outdoor walkways was being supported by temporary jacks all the way up to the 5th floor. Certainly not something people should be walking on with corroded support beams in process of being repaired or replaced. Check-in and Check-out were quick, simple, and easy.

It was an easy walk to the beach, which was never crowded. Having beach chairs and noodles for the ocean available for our use was so nice. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to a beautiful beach for Walking! SO many shells on the beach! We enjoyed cocktails and dinners at STILTS and CJ’s. It was good to have Tommy Bahama beach chairs in the closet to take to the beach. If it is required to bag garbage to take out, then more than one plastic garbage sack should be provided. The unit is a bit outdated. The bed needs more sleeping pillows. Deck screen doors are off track and hard to open/close. Deck area needs a deep cleaning. We appreciated the excellent self-operated laundry machines. (Bring your own laundry soap).
