The lanai is enclosed by lush greenery, giving you total privacy as you splash in the heated pool or relax on sun loungers. With all the fun pool toys that come with the house, there’s only one way to get the kids out of the water: fire up the gas grill and serve a poolside barbeque on shaded lanai table.

Inside, spacious rooms of sun-brightened, coral-hued tile are tastefully filled with stylish furnishings, tropical artwork, and all the comforts of your home away from home.

The kitchen features dark wood cabinets, plenty of counter space and all modern appliances and cookware. Serve dinner on a glass table beside an arched window overlooking the tropical garden. Or use the blender to mix up some ice-cold cocktails to sip on the lanai as the sun goes down.

The bedrooms all feature hard wood floors and ample closet and drawer space, and the master bedroom gives you an en suite bathroom with a tiled, walk-in shower, and sliding glass doors that open up to the lanai.

The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and umbrella, which will come in handy since you’re just a short walk from the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast.

When you feel like shopping or seeing a movie, another short walk takes you to Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper’s paradise filled with boutiques and plenty of fine dining options. You can also walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.
