Privately owned 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with a pool view at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort, featuring brand-new tile throughout.

The bedroom suite includes a king-sized bed with a smart TV, and the bathroom offers both a separate shower and bathtub. The living room opens to a balcony, with beach chairs provided for convenience. On-site amenities include a restaurant, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary self-parking in the garage.

Key cards for garage access (2nd floor) and condo will be issued by the front desk at MBOR. Please note: the unit has a hotel-sized refrigerator without a freezer and no laundry facilities on the premises.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
