This 2 bed 2 bath condo is able to offer a nice spacious setup for your next relaxing island getaway, without having to deal with those beachfront prices! Arrive and depart with ease thanks to our convenient building elevator and complimentary luggage cart, for a truly relaxed vacation. Just 3 to 4 blocks north of Seaview is Mission Plaza, offering numerous fine dining restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop, and shops! Directly across the street take in a beautiful Marco Island sunset from the Sunset Grille located at the Apollo.

Easy checkin/checkout
Did have to register again on property for parking.
Very comfortable with one exception, the primary bed was so soft that my wife ended up on the couch to save her back the last few days of the trip. If that is replaced it definitely enhance a stay.

Beautiful
The condo was perfect, nicely stocked kitchen, clean, beds were comfy. Beach chairs, toys, towels and coolers all there to use. Across the street from beach access was perfect! Pool was great.

Great location - short walk to beach.
Great location- 3 minute walk to beach, quiet building, nice new pool area, several restaurants walkable. Unit needs updating, carpet smells musty, ceramic tiles cracked, dated appliances, no propane for bbq, no response from host or condo management when propane requested.

Great place to stay on Marco!
This place was so great in many ways! Such a nice condo decorated so cute and beachy. Plenty of space when we had friends visit to play cards in the evening. Great location for off the beach since it's right across from the beach access with a very pretty walkway. Even though it's on the road, it's nice to sit on the patio that has an ocean view plus Marco is full of very fancy cars. The pool was so nice; warm and clean. The whole stay was very enjoyable! We definitely recommend this rental.

Great location, needs a deep cleaning
We really enjoyed the location. The unit is dated, but that was ok with us, however there is no excuse for not being clean. The units get a quick go through, corners & woodwork dirty you can see the dirt. Carpet in master needs cleaning. The windows don’t close tight & unit smells like urine. It’s really too bad. The pictures show bright, beachy unit & it does look like that but everything needs a cleaning. Mattress in master has old mattress covered with thick piece of foam. Towels need replacing.

Wonderful Condo
We stayed here with friends and really enjoyed the condo and overall location in Marco Island (and close to the beach). You can always find amazing places to stay if you're willing to spend a ton. We felt this condo was a good value; we look forward to returning soon!
Suggestion: It would have been nice to have a beach cart, as some of the condos provide. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the umbrellas and beach chairs! Thank you.

Excllent location and property
Wonderful location and the condo was spacious and clean. If you are contemplating staying here or on the beach for more money do not hesitate because this place is awesome and has more room. I have stayed at the Apollo, Sea Winds, JW and Hilton. All are very nice for their own reasons but Sea View and especially this end unit is outstanding. Stephen responded to my email about early check-in right away. I will stay here again.

Great location
Lovely roomy 2 Bdrm condo, well furnished. Close to beach and anything else you would like to do in the area. Nice heated pool and elevator. Harborview Realty was responsive to questions.
Kayak fishing with a rental from Florida Adventures was so convenient. This condo is only a half mile from Caxambas Marina. Also close to many good restaurants. We especially loved Sami's!

South Beach is our favorite beach on the planet & this condo meets that need perfectly..
