The recently renovated Villa, shaded by centuries-old pine trees and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, is positioned over two levels.

On the upper floor you will find a large living room with sofas and TV which communicates with a dining area and the fully equipped open kitchen. There are also two spacious double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom with shower. Furthermore, there is a study to work in complete tranquility if necessary and a service bathroom with washing machine.

Large panoramic windows allow you to enjoy the view over sea and the colorful sunsets.



On the lower floor, completely independent, there are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.



The exteriors are well-kept and there is a wide terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a large wooden table for outdoor dining. A second outdoor area equipped for eating outside is located at the back of the house and can be accessed from the living room. Shower with hot water in the garden.
