We rent an accommodation located on the first floor of a quiet building, in the center of Marciana Marina, which with its numerous events is one of the most touristic and characteristic places on the island. For nature lovers it offers many possibilities in addition to the sea, in fact it rises on the sea, but also on the slopes of Mount Capanne immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, offering some of the most fascinating views of the island.

It is the smallest municipality on the island but the most fascinating, our little house fits perfectly into a context of incredible charm, where the joy and liveliness of a small fishing village is evoked where the sea is breathed, lived and defended.

It consists of a bright living room with dining area, single sofa bed and TV, separate well-equipped kitchen with gas hob and washing machine, double bedroom and bedroom with French bed. Modern bathroom with shower. The accommodation offers three balconies and is double-facing.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in at our agency from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; for check-in after 8:00 PM a supplement of €30.00 must be paid
- deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 PM)
- pets not allowed
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information for key collection:
Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property via a self check-in procedure or in our offices located in Portoferraio where you can collect the rented bed and bathroom linen, unless you have given adequate notice for delivery to the apartment.
