Sunset Cliff Retreat-Peaceful Lakefront on Lake Buchanan

Magnificent panoramic lake views from the large windows surrounding the home! Lake views from every room. Please keep in mind water at our dock fluctuates with different weather conditions. Lake levels are out of our control, currently our lake is FULL. There are parks, caverns, and areas very close by to enjoy your stay at the lake. Plus, you’ll have beautiful views that will be there.

This gorgeous, modern remodeled 2,500 sq. ft.4 bed, 3 bath home is located on Lake Buchanan and boasts beautiful views of the lake from every room. It's the perfect getaway for your family, anyone who likes to fish, go boating, kayaking, or even if you just want a little peace and quiet getaway. Follow the beautiful walkway (made from rocks mined in our yard and locally) in our backyard to access the lake. Maybe you'd prefer hanging out under any of our large oak trees on the property. Where ever you choose to be, you're sure to enjoy your stay. Closeby, you'll find venues, trails, Spider Mountain, and other attractions.

When you walk in you will be captivated by views of the lake. Follow the bamboo floors through the main floor area to find a full size guest bathroom, large living room and open concept kitchen. Great areas for entertaining guests and a kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and much more. Everything you'll need to cook a nice meal. You will also find the large master bedroom with views of the lake and a comfy king bed in the master. It has a connecting private bathroom that reminds us of going to the spa. With its beautiful atmosphere you're sure to feel right at home! It has a large soaking tub, shower, and separated sinks. We have a washer and dryer available for your use on the main level. When you're done eating inside and want to take in the fresh air, walk out on our large patio deck where you can watch the sun rise or even sunset, so relaxing.

Walk upstairs to find 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub/ shower combo and 2 sinks. The first bedroom is great for your family. It has a full size bed and bunk beds, too. You'll find beautiful views of the lake from the windows. The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 2 twin beds with gorgeous views of the lake. Can you imagine waking up and looking out the window to see the water? It's marvelous!

Walk downstairs from the main floor and find the 4th bedroom with a daybed and Cabinet queen sleeper, along with a large TV, ping pong/ billiards table. We can accommodate 4 people on the bottom floor also.

2 outdoor porches, plus a flagstone patio to enjoy the outdoors.

- dock- lake levels can fluctuate: disclaimer: we cannot control lake levels, however, you’ll always have the views and can enjoy kayaking if you choose from our backyard.

- 3 night min. Stay March- October; 4 night min. stays during holidays; 2 night min. stay from November - February except holidays; ask if you have a particular request you'd like us to consider accomodating.

Cleaning fee: $275 (we are cleaning all handles, etc...)

Damage: Upon leaving, if the house is not as you left it, or items are broken or damaged you will be held responsible and financially liable for the damages. Accidents happen, so If there are damages and talk to us about it, we would love to help you work things out and find a way to fix/ replace it:).
