  • Lovey 1/1 waterkant huis op stiles met parkeerplaats voor 2 voertuigen. mijn favoriet is de 32ft patio met adembenemend adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan, zeer gezellige uitnodigende plattegrond met een grote keuken, heeft wasmachine en droger. word elke ochtend wakker met een prachtige zonsopgang. 30ft dok met boothelling op het terrein. Minuten afstand van stranden en op loopafstand van winkelcentra. Clubhuis en picknickplaats. Zeer vriendelijke buurt. Vissersparadijs, minder dan een uur naar het historische Key West. Historische locaties in de buurt en parken binnen enkele minuten. Musea minder dan 2 mijl, geweldige restaurants in de omgeving en nog veel meer

Great location

Rosie’s place is accurately described! Our favorite spot was definitely the outside deck Especially when having our morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

This house had a great view and was cleanest place I have ever stayed. You just felt clean as soon as you walk in the door. The house is in a great location and super quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and hope to come back in the future. Great communication as well. House has everything you need as well.

Condo By the Sea

This home in the sky was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We loved sitting on the outside deck, high above the canal and looking out at the ocean. We would highly recommend this vacation property!

Perfect getaway

The house was adorably cute. I loved the beachy colors and decor. The location right on the canal with a view of the ocean was just what we needed. And the neighbors were so friendly and helpful. The outside area was so comfy and cozy with the ocean breeze. And our hostess was so prompt with responding to all the questions we had and was so helpful. I highly recommend staying here for a restful, relaxing vacation in the heart of the Keys.

Wonderful week in Marathon

Although you might be taken aback a bit by the neighborhood when you drive into the property, it turns out first impressions can be wrong. This is a wonderful rental--clean and with everything you need plus a wonderful view down the canal to the ocean from both the raised deck and the dock. It was quiet and private and all we hoped for.

The unit was acceptable. I was ready to go home after I stepped on a cockroach barefoot in the kitchen:(The water in the channel has a foul odor.The host was rude when I asked about items in the shed. She said that is off limits & it should have been locked! I had no idea as it was open.

Casa Gibara, Snowbirds Paradise

Our stay at the unique Casa Gibara was very pleasant. The ocean view was wonderful and relaxing. The elevated views were one thing that distinguished this place from many of the others. The amenities were exceptional and the ambiance was cozy. Both the inside and outside décor was “beachy”. There were many great restaurants, stores, and attractions close by; some within walking distance. The owners were a pleasure to meet and work with, and always available for answering your questions or anything you needed to make your stay more pleasurable. This is definitely a one-of –a-kind and the perfect get away spot for a couple coming down from the winter cold.

All around great rental!

My wife and I brought our boat down to spend a week on the water for spring break in March and this was a wonderful spot. The unit was clean and the porch had a beautiful view of the water. Being able to keep our boat right out the door and having a fish cleaning station were among our priorities and the rental provided both of those things. It is also close to the grocery store and other things you might need for your stay. The community has a boat ramp which was nice to have...though I would recommend a 4x4 if using because it can be very slippery at lower tide. The unit is perfect for a couple or a couple and two small children. But, the unit itself was very nice and I highly recommend. My only negative is if you are bringing a lot of fishing gear and you aren't comfortable keeping it on the boat overnight, there is no place downstairs to keep your gear and will need to carry up to the porch at night. Otherwise, nothing but good things to say and would not hesitate to book again...hopefully sooner than later!

Wished We Could Stay Longer!

My husband and I stayed 5 wonderful weeks as Snowbirds in Jan and wished we could have stayed longer. Our adult son joined us for a week and that was doable as well (on the pull-out sofa). The 2nd story deck is wonderful - generous sized & with a water view. When packing, I asked about a hair dryer and Rose provided one in for me. When it got cooler, she called to see if we needed a space heater, but we were good. We brought bikes from home and rode them daily - the grocer, the beach, the airport, the shops, and just around. This unit was perfect for us for a long stay - reasonably priced, clean, w everything we needed. Advanced Communications went smoothly and Rose & her husband met us on arrival. If planning a stay in the Keys again, we’d revisit.
