Perfect location, your out in the Atlantic in minutes. Neighbors were friendly. Parking was good and there was a spot for the trailer. Came with pool toys and floats. Tiki hut was great, we brought our own fan to sit under it. The canal is dirty water so no fishing off the dock, and got shallow at parts of the day making getting back to the house a little difficult with bigger boats. Backyard and pool were awesome! Pool was cleaned weekly. Tile around pool was slippery little dangerous for our new walker. But the sliding glass door was heavy enough the kids couldn’t open it which provided comfort with little kids around. Inside had a smell that someone smoked inside but we were able to air it out. AC had to stay at 73 and needed all the fans on to keep the house cool, bedrooms got warm at night. Layout is awesome. Water pressure in kitchen was bad and the stove and oven need to be replaced they only cooked on high. Was only able to access the house because the side door was unlocked, the code we were given didn’t work and someone didn’t come for 4 days to realize it’s a 6 digit code not a 4 digit like we were given, so we weren’t able to secure the house for a couple days. Property management was quick with responses. There is a fish cleaning table and water hose access. If they made a few updates we would definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed in this house. It looked as described and was very clean. Unfortunately, someone smoked in the hallway bathroom which made the bathroom and the back bedroom unusable. My family has severe sensitively to smoke. I had a migraine the entire time I was there and my youngest is very asthmatic and had breathing issues. I had to use his nebulizer 3 times and was scoping out a hospital. It ruined a week of vacation that we worked hard for. The management team was able to move us to a different property halfway through our vacation but it really was disappointing when non smoking was advertised.

Great house

The house was perfect. Property managers were very responsive when we had a problem with the pool. The problem was addressed and taken care of. We would definitely stay again.

Crappy Tingler

This property is totally misrepresented!We couldn't check in until their house keeping QC finished (what a joke!) garbage behind master bed night stand, garbage along pool fence, pot of dirty grease in oven. fish guts in garbage disposal.Stove top only worked on high temp, toaster didn't work, bedroom 4 was in a converted garage/laundry, day bed was broken and unusable, AC couldn't cool this room, bathroom shower curtain was moldy, curtain rod was rusted, burnt out light bulbs, no lights in fridge or freezer, the rugs in the family room were filthy and full of sand, mop laying on the pool area, broken dangerous wooden deck, the pull out garbage drawer wouldn't stay closed, overall, the place was dirty feeling and worn out. The canal was a filthy weed choked mess, and not navigable at low tides.The pool filter was not working correctly because it was either shot or not cleaned, pool clouded up from lack of chemicals.

Happy Tingler Marathon Florida

Checked in on Saturday. Really enjoyed the pool, awesome saltwater pool and Tiki hut. Quite neighborhood. Close to shopping. Really close to Sombrero breech, close walking distance. Corner frontage. We didn’t have a boat but plenty of room to park a bigger fishing boat. Had a great time. We’d come back.

Tingler happy family time

We had a great time! We were 4 senior sisters and 2 spouses and one daughter and one granddaughter. Lovely pool and patio, and 5 min walk to Sombrero beach. We hope to come back again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

First impression... Everything was like the pictures!! Well kept and clean! Location was perfect, easy walk to the beach and the pool was a nice size that we enjoyed all hours either swimming or gathering around!To clarify our confusion about layout from pictures: Twin beds (not comfy, the rest of beds were great!) are in the front of the house behind kitchen/sink wall, Double bed with pullout & laundry two steps down off the kitchen behind stove wall (16 yr cousins made mess sleeping there and we closed door), Master Bath and Bedroom at Front, and Double Bedroom next to bathroom through little hall. All is good!! Just didn't figure out layout by pictures. Couch is Huge and amazing, Futon was a great addition (college son did not want to sleep in room with girls)! Only one Kayak worked (other had holes and no seat). Towels are included (which I didn't know and packed/bummer). Master shower needs a curtain (as we had multiple people using the bathroom). Kitchen was well stocked and the appliances are newish and worked fabulous. Was so fun to make breakfast in and a couple nights bring in take out and play games!! BTW.. Bring your own Games/Cards as none are provided at the house.Landscaping is beautiful!!!! Details in furnishing also done so nicely! I felt everything was done by very skilled homeowners or professionals! I would work with the rental company again!! I would stay again!! I would refer to friends!! Family Vacation

Fit our large family. One twin bed needs replacing. Outside furniture is rusting badly. Kids enjoyed the pool. Convenient to beach and fishing. Publix is just around the corner.

Perfect!

Beautiful property and great location! The inside is spacious, well maintained, stocked kitchen, lots of pool towels, and everything we needed. The outside is amazing with huge dock, gorgeous pool, fun tiki hut, and plenty of seating. Easy walk to the beach with lots of beach chairs/toys provided. The welcome basket was a nice touch! Not sure if always available, but was pleasantly surprised to find single kayak to use as well. Kids loved this place – caught lots of fish, saw lots of small crabs, small lizards, and even saw a few iguanas. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect

We found this property to be fantastic! Incredible pool, 2 blocks from a great beach and close to grocery stores. The toys that were provided made it the perfect place for our Grandkids! The weather was in the 80’s all week. This property met the needs of our family and was better than we could have ever hoped!

Greta home and very comfortable.

This home is comfortable, spacious, and feels like you are right at home. Everyone felt at ease and happy here. Beds are comfortable, great kitchen/gathering area for the entire family. We will absolutely look to rent this house again. Great and easy to work with homeowner. Highly recommend this home as a vacation rental. Pool area beautiful!

Beautiful home and we had an absolute amazing time! We really didn’t want to leave. The manatee visit was one of the many highlights while there. Our host was great and quick to reply. We’d definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone considering it.

Great Accomodations!

We recently had our annual family vacation at this house, and it was wonderful! Easy access to ocean (however, check the tides as at low tide we did have difficulty with our 32 ft boat getting in and out of canal). The house was clean, and kitchen well stocked! Property owner was very responsive when we had issue with the pool water. It was taken care of within an hour of calling. Would definitely return in future.
