'Pool wasnt covered in your stay, you have to pay for spa to use the pool. Thats 60 dollars per person on top on your stay. Breakfast wasnt good as i think for a good breakfast with eggs you got to pay 18 dollars per person. The reason i booked the resort was to enjoy pool with my family which was a complete turn off for me'

'First, the rooms have airco, but this is a mobile airco. Thus this makes a terrible noise. The hose was torn. And already 3 times repaired with tape. I told the receptionist at arrival emediatly. He would take care off it. After 2 days no improvement. Still broken. Further the view from the balcony at the back off the hotel is a total different story, then on the frontside. The noise at the back side is substantial. The inside off the room is bit tired and need a fresh up. The breakfast was...

'Clean room'

'Great value stay. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean for a suite. Happy Goat coffee shop in the lobby, too! Our only complaint was that the Chromecast was unusable as it had not been updated, so no smart tv functionality. Parking is somewhat sparce and in an alley of sorts behind the building, albeit well lit. Staff were great to this sorry Anglo, so we will certainly look for this place again next year!'

'Check in and check out was fast and easy. Room was spacious. Bed was very low, not easy for someone with bad knees use. No wash cloths were provided. Floors were very dusty and needed vacuuming.'

'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '
