'Although there are NO proteins for breakfast (only waffle, toast, cereal) except yogurt, and there is an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT guard monitoring any food item that might leave to finish breakfast in your room (by the extra harsh and abusive behavior towards me by the very serious breakfast guard, it seems to be a criminal offense at this property. He actually would rather the food be thrown away instead of leave with you), the front desk people are very worm and friendly. The hotel is clean....

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe staying here. I checked in after dark but the outside was well lit and the front was clearly marked. The lady at the front desk saw that I had been at the hospital and told me about a promotion for families staying there with loved ones in the hospital. Very kind! The room itself was clean and well supplied with shower soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. The room was quiet and I had no issues sleeping. The next morning, there was a buffet breakfast with...

'We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. '

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'
