Located beside Turtle Beach Marina, and popular Negreet Creek, this quaint rental offers a great opportunity to vising the lake and have a great stay. Inside, the Large Livingroom will give plenty of space for you, family and/or friends to spend time together. There are two-fold out cough beds for individual sleeping. The kitchen with Bar counter, and dining table, ready for meal of fresh fish or whatever you're hankering for. There is two full bathrooms, bedroom with queen bed and futon couch. Outside you will find a Large Wrap-around porch for use year-round. Book your stay and come enjoy what Toledo Bend Lake has to offer!💥PLEASE💥 check with us before booking long term stays. If booking for a month or more there will be a cap on electricity and the water bill. There will also be a damage deposit. 💥
Captain Roy's will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame. Captain Roy's is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. By your confirmation, guests booking Captain Roy's are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
