The host was awesome. The area, it was so peaceful and quite. Great amenities and everything that you have at your home and more. Highly recommend this location. It's a lake house, so you will be a little ways off the main road. Pack everything you need, becauae once you get there, you're not going to want to leave. Very lovely lake house.

Weekend fishing trip
The property is a newer build with an awesome main floor open concept. The lower level is open too with just enough separation where people can have their own space if they want it. The property was adequately equipped with games and entertainment for the family. One thing that I dislike with rentals is when the beds are not comfy. These beds were extremely comfortable and you can tell that the owner has put a lot of attention to detail setting this property up for renters to come back a year after year. Very conveniently located to Flemington boat ramp. The owner was also extremely responsive to any questions or inquiries. Loved staying here, and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a weekend getaway with family or a weeklong family reunion. We will definitely be staying at this house again.

Lovely Lake House
We really enjoyed our stay at the Anderson’s Lake House. The house is very well maintained and well laid out. There kitchen is fabulous for cooking for a large group of people. We had no problems getting everything prepared. The screened in porch is a versatile and comfortable spot for everything from breakfast, board games to happy hour. We appreciated having the grill and used it frequently. The dock and lake front is great for fishing, swimming, kayaking. We spent a lot of time there. The area is a bit remote so we did a a couple of big grocery runs during the trip to the food lion. There is a dollar general for supplies. Not much around in terms of restaurants in Manson but a couple of nearby towns have historic downtowns, shops and restaurants. It is a great place to get away and relax by the lake.

Best Vacation
The property was beautiful! It was the perfect set up for our family. We have 3 adult children, two of them have children of their own so they bunk suites were perfect for them. There are 2 identical bunk suites and 2 identical masters. There’s a dock that you can keep your boat, which is very convenient. The back 3-4 season room is large and super comfortable. I can’t say enough about this house. Absolutely gorgeous!!!

Beautiful and secluded place to stay.
Very clean and great accommodations. Extremely comfortable beds which is much appreciated. Driveway is nice with plenty of room for a boat. Nice power outlets for charging as well. Overall great place to stay on Kerr. Quick access to multiple boat ramps.

Fabulous lake house
Great location on Kerr Lake. Saw plenty of deer on drive up on the gravel road. The house is very spacious and well kept. Plenty of houseware items and great appliances that make the stay amazing. We’ll be back in the summer to catch some fish.

What an amazing place! Host was responsive and so friendly- I really can’t wait to return! What a beautiful home and property!!!! Our entire family had a wonderful time playing games, corn hole, bumper pool- would love to return during the summer for a little swimming and fishing!

Relaxing and spotless
We absolutely loved this rental. The view of the lake and surrounding area was beautiful this time of year. A nature lovers' retreat for sure. VERY clean and the host was so easy to contact and work with. We would definitely rent this place again. The drive from the main road to the house (1.5 miles) is gravel. But it is well rocked and our host gave good directions. Again, we absolutely loved this rental!!!

Awesome place to relax
We had a great time at Kerr Lake. The house was very nice! We loved the layout and decorations. It has spacious rooms, high ceilings, great lighting and nice touches all around. We spent a lot of time cooking in kitchen and they had everything we needed. We slept great in the comfortable beds. The game room was really cool. The porch was great for chatting and playing board games. The host were very friendly and responsive. I hope to come back next year! Thanks for a relaxing time.

Beautiful house!
We had so much fun at our stay here. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house or be all together. Lots of fun games to play, anything you could ever want for cooking and/or grilling… the little touches like stainless steel tumblers were great. The dock is where we spent most of our time swimming. Having a boat, it was so convenient to have the boat docked during the stay and just go on quick boat rides whenever we wanted. The house is beautiful too, we have no reason to look for another house on Kerr Lake. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home! Now we feel like we need a lake house :)
