3 Wise Monkeys can be enjoyed all year round with local access to Mount Buller (42 kms), and Lake Eildon (9kms to nearest boat ramp).

Perfect for families wanting a farm stay experience as well as skiing, boating, golfing and horse enthusiasts.

3 Wise Monkeys, is aptly named after our 3 beautiful boys and offers a lovely light and bright interior with high ceilings and big windows to capture the spectacular views of Mount Buller and the picturesque rural surrounds.

The large master bedroom, with King bed has a luxurious ensuite with double shower.

A second bedroom offers a queen bed and a further two bedrooms cater for another 6 guests in the 2 bunkrooms. There is also a central bathroom with a separate shower and bath.

All beds have luxurious linen and posturepedic mattresses for your comfort and enjoyment.

3 Wise Monkeys caters for up to 10 guests (4 bedrooms), however if needed we can cater for an additional two guests on roll away beds (needs to be pre-arranged).

The combined open plan living/dining & kitchen is the perfect entertaining area. The gourmet kitchen with stone bench-top and bench seating is fully equipped and includes all new appliances including a 900mm stainless steel oven/cook top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator/freezer, and ample supplies of quality cookware, glasses, crockery and cutlery. A supply of consumables will also be supplied for your convenience.

The large dinging area has a gorgeous 12 seater table that makes for fantastic entertaining.

A further 2nd living area with a large 65 inch smart Tv is perfect for the kids or escape room.

Large bi-fold doors from both living areas open up onto the huge undercover entertaining deck with outdoor dining area kitchen, BBQ, lounge seating, and seated bar area.
The outdoor area looks over the spectacular pool area (all fully fenced for safety).

There is heating and air conditioning throughout the house (including all bedrooms and living areas) and three smart TV's in the 2 living .

Netflix available on all Tv's and free Wifi available.

For an enjoyable family farm stay experience we have two resident cows that live on site and three chickens. Guests are welcome to feed the cows (with pre prepared feed buckets), and when the chickens are laying guests are welcome to collect the eggs.

All linen will be provided and the beds will be made up for your arrival.

Our guests also receive a gift bottle of Gapsted Shiraz on arrival.
