The property was amazing, the rooms were clean, the kitchen was great and the grounds were amazing. The bar outside was a big hit and the fire pit right by the bar was awesome, not to mention the free fire wood they supply right there. That is definitely an added bonus. The beach was good and swimming off the dock was great, a few weeds here and there but it was as good as it gets.
The Kayaks were also an added bonus, we used them to go across the river to a really nice area that was full of wildlife including a cool beaver dam. The rooms were all able to be heated with electrical baseboard heaters which was great for the one cold night we had.
The only thing I'd say that needed to be upgraded was a nicer bigger table outside on the deck for meals and games outside when it's nice. The one they have is a small round table that only sits 4 people and is tight but it was a small thing. The metro and supply places were very close by and so convenient for getting groceries and supplies.
Overall this property was amazing and we would definitely go back again.
